You'll learn about keeping a dream journal, the importance of writing down your dreams, how to recall your dreams, and what the symbols in your dreams are saying to you. We will be working with YOUR dreams, so bring to class a dream you have written down. It can be from the night before, from your childhood, or anytime in-between; but do write it down!
