Description: Start your day with this morning pick-me-up! Good Morning Yoga is a hatha style practice for all levels of experience. In this 45-minute class, students will learn and practice sun salutations and balance poses to energize body and mind while calming the nerves. Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring their own mat to class. Blocks, straps and chairs are provided for use. Poses are adaptable for students requiring assistance.
