Description:

This course will establish an understanding of the 2018 International Residential Code. The focus will be on the building provisions; however, it will also include requirements on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The course is designed for contractors, architects, real estate personnel, and other related professions. It will help prepare students for the new contractor licensing test. Required textbook: 2018 International Residential Code, which may be purchased in some local bookstores or ordered from the International Code Council (ICC) by phone (1-800-786-4422) or online at www.iccsafe.org. Optional workbook may also be purchased from the ICC.
