Description:

Google Drive is an excellent resource for collaborating on projects remotely. It greatly reduces the need for face to face meetings and the hassle of attaching files to emails. As long as each member has internet, groups can create, share and edit files, allowing everybody to have access to the most current version of the document. This hands-on workshop will give you an overview of the two most popular apps - Google Docs and Google Sheets. We'll also practice creating, sharing and organizing files. Students should have a gmail account set up before coming to class.
