Eating on the run is common among people at work, home or on vacation. Our tendency is to choose foods for convenience. Join instructor Julie Trone in this new class as you explore how to conveniently and healthily choose foods that will sustain energy rather than create fatigue. Nutrition, dieting and mindful eating behavior will be discussed and explored to create a personal eating-on-the-run plan.
