Topics covered during this course include material and equipment management in logistics as well as managing manpower, effective time management, operation, labor tracking and project startup. Change management, scope change, labor cost tracking and productivity will also be discussed. Participants will also learn how to track project trends, schedule and estimate. The contractors of Colorado have teamed up with Front Range Community College to offer specific courses to help you develop your contracting business, and this course is the 2nd in a series of 11 courses in which you will learn from the experts. The first five courses will be offered in the spring of 2022, and the remaining six courses will be offered in the fall of 2022. Thanks to a generous Skill Advance Colorado Job Training Grant given to the HCC Contractor Academy and Front Range Community College, as well as a sponsorship from the City and County of Denver Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO), the courses are highly discounted.
