This course focuses on contracts in construction and will teach participants how to understand contract and subcontract language and requirements. Participants will learn to read and negotiate a contract and subcontract. Additional topics include billing and reporting requirements and specific forms included within documents. The contractors of Colorado have teamed up with Front Range Community College to offer specific courses to help you develop your contracting business, and this course is the 3rd in a series of 11 courses in which you will learn from the experts. Thanks to a generous Skill Advance Colorado Job Training Grant given to the HCC Contractor Academy and Front Range Community College, the courses are highly discounted.
