Description:

This course introduces beginning students to conversational French and focuses on understanding and speaking French. Covers basic vocabulary, grammar, and expressions that are used in daily situations and in travel. This is a hybrid real-time remote course. Students will meet weekly on Wednesdays vie WebEx/Zoom. The remaining course work will be completed online through Desire2Learn (D2L). Hybrid courses feature a blend of in-class or remote-class and online activities. This course uses Open Educational Resources (OER) built into the structure of the course, resulting in lower content fees for the student. This class will meet for the first 10 weeks of the semester. NOTE: This is a non-credit section of an academic (for-credit) class. You will not receive academic credit if you sign up for this section. If you wish to enroll in this class and receive academic credit, you must enroll in FRE 101 instead (see academic enrollment process at www.frontrange.edu).
