Cost: $49.00
Course Classification: Personal Enrichment
Description: If you're tired of stress being a "normal" part of your life, and you're ready to make some simple but important shifts, this workshop is for you! Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping) is a gentle, self-help technique that clears blocks in your energy system and is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine similar to acupressure or acupuncture. Often referred to as "acupuncture for the emotions", this self-administered technique uses light finger tapping on meridian end points located on the head, face, upper torso, and hands. This non-evasive process is a pathway to experiencing well-being by reducing and eliminating the physical and emotional effects of stress and clearing limiting beliefs that block joy, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. In Part 1 of the workshop (WLNS 1036), you'll learn the history of EFT/Tapping and how it clears blocks in your energy system caused by stress, and experience how it cultivates self-acceptance and self-compassion. For more information about EFT/Tapping, visit www.cocreativementoring.com.
