This course is designed for management employees interested in learning ways to strategically manage project costs. This engaging and supportive learning experience is guided by the knowledge and experiences of you and your fellow participants. By the end of this 8-hour training, you will be able to:
• Describe the basics of contract language,
• Recall key considerations of subcontracts,
• Discuss how to negotiate a subcontract,
• Identify tactics to ensure effective communication of contract details.
This is one of a series of courses presented through a Colorado Skill Advance Grant submitted by the NoCo Construction Partnership, City of Fort Collins and City of Loveland. All courses will be taught by an experienced instructor through Live Remote – so you can attend in the comfort of your home or office.
